Job Summary:-

Unified Post Tensioning Systems LLP is looking for an experienced Senior Site Engineer with 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Post-Tensioning (PT) works.

The candidate will be responsible for managing and supervising PT site execution for residential and commercial building projects, including PT slabs and beams. The role requires practical knowledge of bonded and unbonded post-tensioning systems, site coordination, quality control, and execution as per approved drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities :-

- Supervise and manage day-to-day post-tensioning site activities for PT slabs and beams.
- Coordinate and monitor the installation of PT tendons, ducts, anchorages, and related components.
- Check tendon profiles, layout, spacing, and alignment as per approved PT shop drawings.
- Coordinate with main contractors, clients, and project teams for smooth execution.
- Supervise PT activities at different stages, including tendon installation, pre-pour inspection, and stressing.
- Ensure stressing activities are carried out as per approved procedures and technical requirements.
- Coordinate manpower, subcontractors, equipment, and material requirements at site.
- Monitor material handling, storage, and usage, ensuring proper records and traceability.
- Maintain daily progress reports, site records, stressing logs, and quality documentation.




- Identify site-related issues and coordinate with the Project Manager and technical team for timely resolution.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
- Attend site meetings and provide regular progress updates to the Project Manager.

Qualifications and Requirements:-

- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering.
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Post-Tensioning site execution.
- Previous experience in Post-Tensioning projects is mandatory.
- Practical knowledge of bonded and/or unbonded PT systems.
- Valuable understanding of PT slabs, PT beams, tendon installation, and stressing.
- Ability to read and interpret structural drawings and PT shop drawings.
- Experience in site supervision, contractor coordination, and manpower management.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office is preferred.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work at project sites in Mumbai.
