Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior ServiceNow Engineer with 5–8 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, platform configuration, administration, scripting, and integrations. The ideal candidate should have solid technical expertise in ServiceNow architecture, ITSM, CMDB, CSDM, and ITAM, along with experience in implementing and customizing ServiceNow solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, configure, customize, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules.
- Handle end-to-end ServiceNow development and implementation activities.
- Perform platform configuration, administration, and customization.
- Develop advanced client-side and server-side scripts using JavaScript.
- Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and external or legacy systems.
- Work on Service Portal development and customization.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand requirements.
- Participate in testing, deployment, governance, and technical documentation.
- Ensure platform performance, scalability,



and adherence to best practices.

Required Technical Skills

- Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow Web Development.
- ServiceNow Platform Configuration and Administration.
- Advanced JavaScript and ServiceNow Scripting.
- Client-side and Server-side Scripting.
- ServiceNow Integrations and Architecture.
- Service Portal, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS.
- ITSM, CMDB, CSDM, and ITAM.
- REST API and SOAP Integrations.
- Workflow Studio and Integration Hub.

Mandatory Requirements

- 5–8 years of relevant ServiceNow experience.
- Strong hands-on development and customization experience.
- Good understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and integrations.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Immediate joiners only.
