Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Scrum Master with robust expertise in Agile methodologies, Scrum practices, and project delivery. The candidate will be responsible for guiding Agile teams, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, removing impediments, and ensuring successful and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.

Coach teams on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement.

Work closely with Product Owners, Business Stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure effective delivery.

Identify and resolve impediments, dependencies, and risks impacting project progress.

Monitor sprint progress, team velocity, burndown charts, and delivery metrics.

Drive backlog refinement, sprint planning, and release planning.

Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure transparency in project status and delivery.

Facilitate collaboration across cross-functional and distributed teams.





Handle multiple Scrum teams and support Agile transformation initiatives.

Drive continuous improvement in team productivity, quality, and delivery efficiency.

Required Skills

10+ years of overall IT experience with strong experience as a Scrum Master.

Excellent knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum, and Kanban frameworks.

Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and Agile project management tools.

Strong experience in stakeholder management and team facilitation.

Experience managing cross-functional and distributed teams.

Strong knowledge of SDLC and software development processes.

Excellent communication, leadership, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills.

CSM / PSM certification is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience handling multiple Scrum teams or large-scale Agile projects.

Experience in Agile transformation and process improvements.

Experience working with global teams and clients.

Exposure to software development, cloud, or data engineering projects is an added advantage.
