Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with strong leadership capabilities who will be responsible for leading the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate should possess extensive technical expertise, the ability to drive technical decisions, mentor and guide development teams, manage project deliverables, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality Salesforce solutions. The candidate will also play a key role in overseeing development activities, ensuring best coding practices, and driving technical excellence across projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy customised Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce development activities, including requirement analysis, solution design, development, testing, and deployment
- Develop and maintain custom objects, workflows, validation rules, triggers, and integrations
- Optimise Salesforce performance and ensure scalability and security best practices
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers
- Participate in code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices
- Work closely with business analysts, administrators, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Support UAT, production deployments, and post-release maintenance




- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
- Design and implement Salesforce integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Web Services, and middleware tools
- Lead integration efforts involving ERP, payment gateways, marketing automation tools, and third-party applications
- Ensure data consistency, security, and performance across integrated systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration-related issues and perform impact analysis for system changes
- Awareness of Salesforce AI capabilities such as Agentforce, Data Cloud and AI-driven automation is an added advantage.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM development
- Expertise in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Triggers, Batch Apex, and Schedulers
- Strong experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Experience with Salesforce integrations and data migration
- Solid understanding of Salesforce security, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules
- Experience with deployment tools such as Change Sets, SFDX, Git
- Robust problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Good to Have

- Salesforce Certifications (Platform Developer I / II preferred)
- Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology
- Experience working in client-facing roles

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
