We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Reservation Manager for our Calicut Branch. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience in flight reservations, covering both sales and operations, and must be well-versed with Amadeus, Galileo, and other GDS systems and should have valuable Knowledge in Group Booking
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end flight reservation processes for domestic and international sectors.
Manage both B2B and B2C client bookings with accuracy and efficiency.
Provide fare quotes, reissuance, refunds, cancellations, and schedule changes.
Coordinate closely with airlines and suppliers for ticketing and special requests.
Ensure accuracy in PNR creation and adherence to travel policies and client preferences.
Assist the sales team with competitive fare options and itinerary planning.
Maintain detailed records of bookings, payments, and client communication.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve any reservation-related issues.
Train and support junior reservation staff when required.
Key Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in flight reservation operations and sales.
Proficient in Amadeus, Galileo, and other major GDS platforms.
Strong knowledge of airline fare rules, booking processes, and travel documentation.
Excellent communication and customer handling skills.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced travel setting.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Preferred Skills
Experience in group bookings or corporate travel management.
Basic knowledge of visa and travel insurance coordination.
Familiarity with CRM or travel management software is a plus.
