Senior Product Manager – Consumer App

Job Overview

We are hiring a Senior Product Manager for a consumer-focused company to drive product growth, user acquisition, engagement, and retention across its mobile app and web products.

The ideal candidate will have strong consumer product management experience, a data-driven approach to product decisions, and hands-on experience with gamification, experimentation, and retention strategies.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute product strategies focused on user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Lead product ideation, roadmap planning, and feature execution for mobile app and web products.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers, engineers, business teams, and other stakeholders to improve user experience.
- Analyze user behavior, customer feedback, and product analytics to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Design and execute A/B tests and experiments to optimize engagement and retention metrics.
- Define, track, and improve product KPIs related to retention, engagement, and repeat usage.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to inform product strategy.
- Communicate product roadmaps, initiatives, and updates to cross-functional teams.
- Drive gamification initiatives to improve user engagement and product stickiness.

Must-Have Requirements
- Currently based in Mumbai and willing to work from the office five days a week.




- 5–7 years of core Product Management experience with consumer-facing applications.
- Proven ownership of user retention, engagement, or repeat-purchase metrics.
- Hands-on experience with product analytics and experimentation tools.
- Experience with gamification in a consumer product.
- At least 2 years of recent experience working in a startup or scale-up environment.
- Educational background from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 institution.

Good-to-Have Qualifications
- Experience in D2C wellness, healthtech, subscription, replenishment, or habit-based products.
- Experience working with a human-in-the-loop customer support model.
- Current fixed compensation in the ₹40–55 LPA range.

Important: This is a Mumbai-based, full time, work-from-office role. Candidates must meet the location and consumer product management requirements. Pay: ₹5,500,000.00 - ₹6,000,000.00 per year
