Job Responsibilities The Senior Procurement Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end procurement activities related to MEP materials, including Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, and Firefighting systems. The role involves vendor development, quotation analysis, rate negotiation, preparing comparative statements, issuing purchase orders, coordinating with site and project teams, and ensuring timely delivery of materials as per project requirements, approved specifications, and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end procurement of MEP materials for ongoing construction projects.

- Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable vendors and suppliers.

- Obtain quotations, negotiate rates, and prepare comparative statements (CS).

- Prepare and process purchase orders (PO) as per approved requirements.

- Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials at project sites.

- Coordinate with Site, Project, Store, and Accounts teams.





- Verify material specifications, quality, quantities, and commercial terms.

- Monitor market rates and identify cost-saving opportunities.

- Maintain vendor databases, purchase records, and procurement documentation.

- Track pending orders and resolve material supply and delivery issues.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- Graduate/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering preferred.

- 4–5 years of relevant procurement experience in real estate or construction.

- Solid knowledge of MEP materials, including Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, and Firefighting.

- Experience in vendor management, rate negotiation, and purchase order processing.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
