Open specialisations

1. PeopleSoft System Administrator (8–12 years)

- PeopleTools upgrades, PUM image application, and bundle and patch deployment using Change Assistant
- Administration of WebLogic, Tuxedo, Jolt, the App Server, Process Scheduler and PIA domains
- Integration Broker configuration (gateways, nodes, web services) and SMTP setup
- Database refreshes, environment cloning, performance tuning, and STAT/CAPI migrations.

2. PeopleSoft HCM Functional SME – Advantages (10–15 years)

- PeopleSoft Benefits Administration: benefit programs, plan types, eligibility rules and event rules
- Open enrolment, life events and BAS processing
- Requirement workshops, fit-gap analysis, functional design, configuration and UAT
- Working knowledge of Payroll,



Absence Management and Core HR integration.

3. Senior Application Developer – PeopleSoft HCM (10–12 years)

- PeopleCode, Application Engine, Application Packages, Component Interface, SQR, PS Query and BI Publisher
- Integration Broker service operations and inbound and outbound interfaces
- Payroll for North America or Global Payroll: pay calc, paysheets, deductions, tax updates and year-end
- PUM and PeopleTools upgrade retrofits, technical design and code reviews.

Who should apply

- 8 or more years of hands-on PeopleSoft experience in one of the specialisations above.
- Experience on implementation, upgrade or enhancement projects for global clients.
- Strong communication skills and comfort working directly with client stakeholders.
- Available to join immediately or within 15 days.
