- Manage daily facility management operations across multiple client locations.

- Monitor housekeeping, technical, security, and other facility management services.

- Handle manpower planning, deployment, attendance, and workforce management.

- Coordinate with site managers, supervisors, and team leaders to ensure smooth operations.

- Maintain solid client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

- Monitor service quality, operational performance, and SLA compliance.

- Prepare and review operational reports, MIS, and performance reports.

- Control operational costs and ensure effective utilization of resources.

- Handle client complaints, escalations, and resolve operational issues.

- Ensure statutory compliance, safety standards, and company policies.

- Conduct regular site inspections and performance reviews.

- Support business growth, renewals, and new project mobilization.

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
