About the Role

We are looking for candidates with experience in Call Centres, Contact Centres, or BPO operations to join a leading IT organization in Kochi.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer and transaction-related queries efficiently.
- Communicate with customers and stakeholders professionally.
- Process requests accurately and resolve pending issues.
- Maintain quality, productivity, and SLA standards.
- Identify and resolve processing errors and exceptions.




- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline or equivalent experience.
- Prior experience in a Call Centre, Contact Centre, or BPO process is required.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Valuable customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to work in rotational US night shifts.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
