THE ROLE

We are looking for a sharp, analytical, ownership-driven Performance & Growth Marketing leader to own and scale the growth engine of our D2C business, gonoise.com.

This is a step up from pure campaign execution. You will set the strategy, own the paid media levers of the D2C P&L;, build the growth roadmap across the funnel, and lead a small team to hit aggressive acquisition and revenue targets. We run a performance-driven culture with plenty of freedom and fun, and we want someone who lives and breathes numbers while shaping how one of India's leading consumer brands grows online.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

1. Own the D2C Growth P&L;
- Drive revenue, new-customer acquisition, ROAS, CAC and blended marketing efficiency across the full paid ecosystem: Meta, Google and emerging channels.
- Carry full accountability for spend and outcomes, balancing new-customer growth against contribution margin rather than platform-reported ROAS alone.

- Set the Growth Strategy

- Build and own the quarterly growth roadmap across acquisition, conversion and retention.
- Decide where and how budget is invested,



balancing scale with efficiency across product lines, launches and sale events.

- Lead and Mentor the Team

- Manage a small team of performance marketers and channel specialists. Set goals, review performance and raise the analytical bar across the function.
- Build repeatable playbooks so the team scales output without scaling headcount.

- Architect Creative and Testing Strategy

- Partner with design and content teams to ideate, test and scale breakthrough creative concepts across multiple product lines.
- Run a rigorous experimentation framework with clear hypotheses, structured tests and rapid kill-or-scale decisions.

- Drive Full-Funnel CRO

- Own landing page and on-site conversion optimisation for gonoise.com.
- Use heat maps, session recordings, cohort data and structured A/B testing to lift conversion rate systematically.

- Build the Measurement Layer

- Define KPIs, build dashboards, and own attribution, incrementality and MMM thinking so decisions are grounded in data, not guesswork.

- Report to Leadership

- Deliver crisp weekly and monthly performance readouts to senior leadership, with clear insights, trade-offs and recommendations on where to double down.

- Manage Budgets at Scale

- Allocate and optimise monthly ad budgets in the multi-crore range, forecasting spend against revenue targets and reallocating dynamically to maximise return.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 5–8 years in performance or growth marketing, with recent experience at a new-age, high-velocity D2C brand.
- You have personally owned and managed ₹2–3 Cr in monthly ad spend across Meta and Google.
- A strong command of unit economics: CAC, LTV, contribution margin, ROAS versus blended efficiency.
- Hands-on experience with CRO, A/B testing, attribution and analytics tools.
- Experience leading or mentoring a team of performance marketers.
- Bonus: experience in consumer electronics or other high-velocity D2C categories.
