Role & responsibilities We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager / AGM Solar Cell Process Engineering to lead Process Engineering and Integration functions for an Integrated Solar PV Manufacturing facility at Ramayapatnam, Andhra Pradesh.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Solar Cell Manufacturing technologies such as TOPCon, PERC or HJT, with expertise in process engineering, yield improvement, cell efficiency enhancement, process integration, quality control and continuous improvement.

Candidates from Tier-1 Solar Cell Manufacturing, Semiconductor and Electronics Manufacturing industries with strong technical and leadership capabilities are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Process Engineering and Integration activities across Solar Cell Manufacturing operations.
- Drive cell efficiency improvement, process yield enhancement and manufacturing cost reduction.
- Monitor and optimise critical process parameters, CTQ parameters and inline process quality.
- Handle process technologies including PECVD, Diffusion, Wet Process and Screen Printing.
- Lead process development, qualification, validation and improvement trials for TOPCon / PERC / HJT technologies.
- Drive Root Cause Analysis, FMEA, SPC, DOE, 7 QC Tools, Six Sigma, Kaizen and CAPA activities.
- Implement process control plans, SOPs, work instructions and quality standards.
- Improve equipment performance, process stability, material consumption and cycle time.
- Lead Process MIS, KPI monitoring, data analytics and technical performance reviews.
- Handle and ensure calibration of Cell Sorter, Four Probe, EL Tester, Lifetime Scanner and Core Scan Tester.
- Collaborate with equipment OEMs,



material suppliers and cross-functional teams.
- Drive Industry 4.0 initiatives, AI/ML applications and manufacturing data analytics.
- Implement 5S, TQM, Gemba and continuous improvement initiatives on the shop floor.
- Lead, mentor and develop Process Engineering teams and ensure technical competency development.
- Ensure compliance with EHS, process safety and environmental standards.

Preferred candidate profile

Educational Qualification:

- B.E. / B.Tech / M.E. / M.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, Materials, Electronics or Solid State Engineering.

Experience:

- 12-18 years of relevant experience in Process Engineering.
- Experience in Tier-1 Solar Cell Manufacturing companies is highly preferred.
- Candidates from Semiconductor, Electronics Assembly and Advanced Manufacturing industries may also apply.
- Hands-on experience in PERC / TOPCon / HJT Solar Cell technologies is highly desirable.
- Proven experience in leading Process Engineering teams and driving manufacturing improvements.
