Looking for robust hands-on experience with Data Structures, Algorithms (DSA), clean code design, and low-latency concurrent systems. We are looking for a Java Backend Engineer to join our core Fintech engineering team!

Location: [Gurgaon/ Hybrid]

Experience: 4+ Years

Domain: Fintech / Payments / High-Throughput Systems

Key Responsibilities:

Design and build ultra-scalable, low-latency microservices for mission-critical financial applications using sound Design Patterns.

Harness advanced Multithreading & Concurrency mechanisms to build fast, non-blocking, multi-threaded financial processing engines.

Solve complex algorithmic challenges and optimize system performance, memory usage, and database queries.

Develop real-time transaction engines, payment rails, and API integrations utilizing robust Java Collections Frameworks.

Mandatory Technical Skills:

Core Java Mastery: Java 11/17+, Java Collections Framework, Multithreading & Concurrency,



Memory Management & JVM internals

Architecture & Design: Design Patterns (Creational, Structural, Behavioral), SOLID Principles, Clean Code

DSA Expertise: Strong Data Structures & Algorithms, algorithmic complexity & performance optimization

Frameworks & Stack: Spring Boot, Spring Data JPA, Hibernate, Spring Security

Databases: PostgreSQL / MySQL + Redis caching

Messaging & Integration: Apache Kafka or RabbitMQ, RESTful APIs, Microservices architecture

Bonus: Prior domain experience in Fintech, Payments, Banking, or Trading engines
