Key Responsibilities

HR Business Partnering

- Partner closely with business leaders and functional heads to develop and implement people strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Provide strategic HR guidance to support business growth, productivity, and operational excellence.
- Drive organization design, workforce planning, succession planning, and capability development initiatives.
- Lead employee engagement, retention, and culture-building programs.
- Support organizational change and transformation initiatives.

HR Operations & Workforce Management

- Oversee end-to-end HR operations for a manufacturing workforce of 1,000+ employees.
- Drive manpower planning, budgeting, and workforce optimization.
- Ensure effective execution of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, career progression,



and separations.
- Implement and continuously improve HR policies, systems, and processes to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee experience.

Talent Management & Leadership Development

- Develop and implement talent management frameworks to identify, nurture, and retain high-potential and critical talent.
- Lead performance management and talent review processes across the organization.
- Drive leadership development and succession planning programs to build a robust leadership pipeline.
- Foster a high-performance culture through coaching, mentoring, and capability-building initiatives.
- Identify skill gaps and implement learning and development interventions aligned with business needs.

HR Analytics & Organizational Effectiveness

- Monitor and analyze key HR metrics including attrition, productivity, employee engagement, and workforce trends.
- Develop HR dashboards and present actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Leverage people analytics to support strategic workforce decisions and organizational planning.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through data-driven HR interventions.

Required Qualifications

- MBA / MSW in Human Resources, Personnel Management.

Experience & Competencies

Experience

- 20+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources.
- Significant experience in HR Business Partnering and Plant HR within large manufacturing organizations.
- Proven experience managing HR operations for a workforce of 1,000+ employees.
- Exposure to engineering, aerospace, defence, EMS, electronics manufacturing, automotive, or industrial organizations preferred.
