At Aquila Finance Ltd (Headquartered in Thichur, Thrissur, Kerala), an HR Manager leads human capital operations, talent acquisition, and workforce administration across its regional corporate office and growing branch network.

​Core Responsibilities

​Talent Acquisition & Staffing: Manage end-to-end recruitment pipelines for Head Office and branch roles (Branch Managers, ABMs, Customer Relationship Officers, and Sales Executives).

​Onboarding & Training: Coordinate staff orientation, track field/branch training initiatives, and ensure operational readiness.

​Payroll & Statutory Compliance: Oversee monthly payroll processing, attendance tracking, and compliance with statutory regulations (EPFO, ESIC, Income Tax, Labour Laws).

​Performance & Operations: Implement appraisal frameworks, performance management systems, branch transfer directives, and disciplinary/separation protocols.

​Employee Relations & HR Policy: Draft corporate policies, standard operating procedures, and personnel communications while resolving internal staff grievances

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
