What You Will Do :

- Build features across Vue 3, Node.js, and MongoDB
- Review PRs, set code standards, and refactor where needed
- Design architecture for recent features and third-party integrations
- Keep CI/CD and deployments stable
- Run sprints: planning, standups, reviews, retros
- Turn product requirements into tasks and assign them
- Track progress and flag blockers early
- Interview candidates and help build the team
- Run 1-on-1s and mentor junior and mid-level developers
- Explain technical trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders
- Document decisions and architecture
- Bring AI-assisted development into the team's daily workflow

You Should Have :

- 5+ years in software development, with the last 1+ year as Lead or Senior
- Vue.js 3 (Composition API, Pinia, Vue Router)




- Node.js (Express or Fastify, REST APIs, JWT / OAuth2)
- MongoDB (schema design, indexing, aggregation, Mongoose)
- Git workflows, CI/CD (GitHub Actions or similar), basic Docker
- AWS basics (EC2, S3)
- Experience leading 5+ developers in Agile
- Background in e-commerce, marketplace, or product companies
- Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or equivalent

Bonus :

- Experience with LLM integrations (Claude API, OpenAI)
- EKS / ECS exposure
