About the RoleGrowthArc is looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer with solid expertise in Python, frontend technologies, and Generative AI to design, develop, and deploy scalable, enterprise-grade AI-powered applications.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in full stack development, building LLM-powered applications, implementing RAG pipelines, and developing intelligent AI agents. You will work on real-world AI solutions for enterprise clients, contributing to architecture, development, and deployment.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full stack applications using Python and React.js/Angular.
- Build robust backend services and APIs using FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
- Develop responsive and user-friendly frontend applications using React.js/Angular and JavaScript.
- Design and implement GenAI solutions using LLMs, RAG, and Agentic AI.
- Build AI agents and workflows using frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph.
- Integrate AI models with enterprise applications, databases, and external APIs.
- Contribute to system architecture, microservices, and distributed system design.
- Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and code quality.

Required Skills & Experience
- 6+ years of experience in Full Stack Development.
- Strong expertise in Python and backend frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django.




- Hands-on experience with React.js/Angular and JavaScript for frontend development.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, API integration, and frontend-backend architecture.
- Practical experience with GenAI, LLMs, RAG, and Agentic AI.
- Knowledge of LangChain, LangGraph, prompt engineering, and AI agent orchestration.
- Strong understanding of System Design, Microservices, and Distributed Systems.
- Experience building scalable, secure, and production-ready applications.
- Good understanding of databases, Git, CI/CD, and cloud platforms.

Good to Have
- Experience with Node.js and middleware development.
- Knowledge of vector databases, embeddings, and AI observability.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Exposure to Databricks, Mosaic AI, and Salesforce integrations.
