WE ARE HIRING – SENIOR EXECUTIVE – LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT (L&D;)

Location: Kauvery Hospitals – Alwarpet, Chennai

We are looking for a proactive and passionate L&D; professional to drive employee learning, development and organizational training initiatives in a healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify training needs across clinical and non-clinical departments.
- Plan, coordinate and conduct employee training programmes.
- Organize new employee induction and orientation programmes.
- Coordinate mandatory training, compliance and competency-based programmes.
- Develop training calendars and maintain training records.
- Monitor training effectiveness through feedback and assessments.
- Coordinate with HODs and department trainers for training requirements.
- Prepare monthly training reports, MIS and training effectiveness reports.
- Support employee engagement and continuous learning initiatives.

Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: MBA HR / MSW / PG Diploma in HR or relevant qualification.
- Experience: 3–5 years in Learning & Development / Training.
- Healthcare or hospital industry experience preferred.




- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and Excel reporting.
- Ability to coordinate training programmes and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency in spoken English and Tamil is mandatory.
