Industry: High-Rise / Super High-Rise Construction

Experience: Minimum 5+ Years

Education: B.E. Civil / Diploma in Civil Engineering

We are looking for an experienced Client /Subconbilling Engineer to join our dynamic construction team.

Key Responsibilities:

Preparation and submission of Client RA Bills

Quantity measurement and BOQ verification

Client billing, certification, and payment follow-up

Final billing, variation claims, and reconciliation

Coordination with clients, consultants, and project teams

Strong knowledge of billing procedures and construction contracts

Preferred Candidate:

Minimum 5+ years of experience in client billing for high-rise/super high-rise construction projects.

Solid understanding of BOQs, measurements, and contractual billing.

Proficient in MS Excel and billing/ERP software.
