About Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior .NET SDET Engineer with 6-12 years of experience in software quality engineering, automation testing, and test framework development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable automation frameworks for web applications, APIs, and enterprise systems. This role requires strong expertise in .NET technologies, Selenium, API automation, BDD frameworks, and cloud-based testing environments.

You will work closely with developers, product teams, and DevOps engineers to ensure the delivery of high-quality, reliable, and scalable software solutions.

What You'll Do:

- Design, develop, and maintain robust automation frameworks using .NET technologies and industry-standard testing practices.
- Configure and manage Selenium Test Environments (STE) for web application automation.
- Participate in automation environment setup and framework implementation using Integrated Development Environments (IDEs) and automation tools.
- Design scalable, reusable, and maintainable test automation architectures aligned with project requirements.
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize automation candidates to maximize test coverage and efficiency.
- Develop automated test scripts for UI, functional, regression, integration, and API testing.
- Implement API automation solutions for validating RESTful services and microservice-based applications.
- Create, maintain, and execute BDD-based automated test scenarios using Cucumber or similar frameworks.
- Develop, enhance, debug, and optimize automation test suites to improve execution efficiency and reliability.
- Create automation test strategies, test plans, test data management approaches, and quality assurance processes.
- Execute regression testing and ensure minimal impact from application changes and new feature releases.
- Track, analyze,



and manage defects while collaborating with development teams for issue resolution.
- Troubleshoot automation failures, object identification issues, environment-related defects, and test execution challenges.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous testing and rapid software delivery.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, test planning, code reviews, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners to ensure high-quality deliverables and comprehensive test coverage.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- 6 to 12 years of experience in Software Development, Quality Engineering, Automation Testing, or SDET roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET Framework, and .NET Core.
- Proven experience building scalable test automation frameworks from the ground up.
- Extensive experience with Selenium WebDriver and automation framework development.
- Strong experience in API automation testing and validating RESTful services.
- Experience with BDD frameworks such as Cucumber, SpecFlow, or similar behavior-driven testing tools.
- Knowledge of Rest Assured concepts or equivalent API testing frameworks and methodologies.
- Experience with JavaScript, Angular, and modern web application technologies.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, test design techniques, and quality engineering practices.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices using tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI/CD.
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, root cause analysis,



and defect management skills.
- Knowledge of performance, scalability, load testing, and test automation best practices.
- Hands-on experience with source control systems such as Git.
- Experience participating in code reviews and following coding standards and quality guidelines.
- Robust understanding of Agile and Scrum delivery methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in fast-paced development environments.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
