Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior .NET Developer with 5–6 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in C#, ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core, Entity Framework, and SQL databases, along with experience in application architecture, performance optimization, and team collaboration.

The candidate should be capable of handling complex development tasks, guiding junior developers, ensuring code quality, and delivering reliable software solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality, scalable applications using .NET technologies.
- Lead development activities and provide technical guidance to junior developers.
- Design and implement application layers using multi-tier architecture.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain server-side code with appropriate unit test coverage.
- Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and code quality.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues in existing applications.
- Review code and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.
- Work with databases to design schemas, optimize queries, and maintain data integrity.
- Identify and implement appropriate technologies and tools to improve application efficiency.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery.
- Participate in deployment, maintenance, and continuous improvement activities.

Technical Skills & Requirements Core .NET Technologies

- Strong proficiency in C# and VB.NET.
- Hands-on experience with .NET Framework 4.5+, .NET Core, and ASP.NET MVC 4.0/4.5.
- Strong experience in ASP.NET MVC, Web API, and Entity Framework.
- Knowledge of Entity Framework 6, EF Core, NHibernate, and ADO.NET.
- Experience in developing RESTful APIs and multi-tier applications.

Frontend Technologies

- Good knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, AJAX, and jQuery.
- Familiarity with Bootstrap and AngularJS.
- Basic understanding of ReactJS is an added advantage.
- Experience with UI libraries such as Kendo UI, DevExpress, or Syncfusion is preferred.

Database Management

- Strong experience with SQL Server (2008/2012 or later).
- Knowledge of MySQL, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL.
- Understanding of database design, indexing, stored procedures, query optimization, and data integrity.

Design Patterns & Architecture

- Good understanding of enterprise application architecture and design patterns.
- Experience with Dependency Injection and IoC containers such as Autofac, Unity,



or Ninject.
- Knowledge of application performance optimization and secure coding practices.

Testing & Development Tools

- Experience writing unit tests using NUnit, xUnit, or MSTest.
- Hands-on experience with Git, TFS, or SVN.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps.
- Knowledge of application deployment on Microsoft Azure or AWS.

Required Qualifications
- B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA / BCA in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- 3–8 years of relevant experience in .NET application development.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
