Qualification: Diploma / BE / B.Tech – Mechanical Engineering
Job Responsibilities
- Design and develop Special Purpose Machines (SPM).
- Handle Fixture and Jig Design.
- Experience in taking cavity from components/parts and developing suitable fixtures.
- Prepare 2D and 3D drawings using SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
- Design machine components and mechanical assemblies.
- Understand customer requirements and develop design solutions.
- Coordinate with production and assembly teams.
- Modify designs based on manufacturing requirements.
Required Skills
- Solid knowledge of SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
- Must have experience in SPM Design.
- Hands-on experience in Fixture and Jig Design.
- Practical experience in Cavity Development.
- Knowledge of mechanical design and manufacturing processes.
Important Note
- Only experienced candidates from the SPM industry should apply.
- Fixture, Jig and Cavity Design experience is mandatory.
- Freshers are strictly not eligible.
