Role Description The Senior Customer Service Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata. This role involves managing customer interactions across various channels, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the customer journey.

The Senior Customer Service

Representative will oversee service standards, guide junior team members, and coordinate with sales and operations to support residents and buyers.

Responsibilities include tracking customer feedback, maintaining accurate records, escalating complex cases when needed, and contributing to service improvement initiatives.



The individual in this position will act as a key point of contact, representing the company’s values of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Solid background in customer-facing roles, including experience as Customer Service Representatives and in Customer Support.
- Demonstrated ability to drive Customer Satisfaction through effective communication, empathy, and problem-solving.
- Solid understanding of Customer Service principles and best practices in a real estate or related industry.
- Experience in managing and enhancing Customer Experience across multiple touchpoints.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in local languages is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Kolkata, handle high-volume interactions, and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven leadership or mentoring experience, with the ability to guide junior team members and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Good organizational and documentation skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in customer records.
- Comfort with basic computer applications and customer service tools; CRM experience is a plus.
- Relevant diploma or degree in business, management, communications, or a related field preferred.
