About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior AWS Architect with strong hands-on expertise in designing and architecting scalable, secure, and cost-effective AWS solutions.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining cloud architecture strategies, recommending optimal technical solutions, and communicating architectural decisions to both business stakeholders and technical teams. The role requires excellent presentation, documentation, stakeholder management, and solution-design capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and document scalable, secure, and cost-effective AWS solutions aligned with business requirements and enterprise standards.
- Recommend best-fit architectural approaches, considering cost, performance, scalability, security, and operational efficiency.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations to business stakeholders, highlighting business impact, costs, benefits, and risks.
- Present and defend architectural designs during technical and architecture review forums.
- Prepare high-level Statements of Work (SoW), solution overviews, and project development plans.
- Collaborate with delivery teams, data engineers, and platform teams to ensure successful solution implementation.
- Maintain architecture documentation, design decisions, technical trade-offs, and operational handover documents.




- Stay updated with emerging cloud, data analytics, and AI platforms, including Databricks, Snowflake, Azure, and GCP, to support hybrid and multi-cloud strategies.

Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in AWS architecture and solution design.
- Solid expertise in AWS services covering compute, storage, networking, security, and cost optimisation.
- Proven experience designing and delivering production-grade AWS solutions.
- Ability to create architecture diagrams, technical documentation, decision logs, and client-ready solution proposals.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience presenting and defending technical designs in architecture review forums.
- Exposure to preparing high-level Statements of Work (SoW) and project development plans.
- Working knowledge of data analytics and AI platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, Azure, and GCP.
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote delivery environment.
