Role & responsibilities

HC Robotics is looking for an experienced Human Resources for driving people strategies, HR operations, talent acquistion & management, employee engagement, and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should have robust business partnering capabilities, hands-on HR operations experience, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred candidate profile

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/video interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and ensure smooth candidate movement through the hiring process.
- Manage offer discussions, compensation negotiations, and offer rollout.
- Support walk-in drives, campus hiring initiatives, and recruitment events.
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, confirmations,



performance management, promotions, transfers, and employee separations.
- Drive employee engagement, retention, performance management, and learning & development initiatives.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements, vendor compliance, and Company policies.
- Manage HR operations, including attendance, leave administration, payroll inputs, employee records, and documentation.
- Build strong relationships with business leaders.
- Maintain HR dashboards, MIS reports, compliance trackers, and analyze HR metrics to support business decisions.
- Implement HR policies, process improvements, and governance frameworks to enhance operational efficiency.
