About the Role

M2P Fintech is looking for an Implementation Specialist to manage the end-to-end implementation and integration of Prepaid, Credit, and Debit Card solutions for banks and fintech partners.

In this role, you will work closely with Product, Technology, Compliance, Operations, NPCI, Banks, and Fintech partners to ensure successful onboarding, testing, and launch of card programs. You will play a crucial role in delivering seamless payment experiences while ensuring compliance with regulatory and industry standards.

As part of a fast-paced and collaborative payments ecosystem, you will take ownership of implementation projects, support system integrations, and ensure timely project delivery.

What Will You Do in this Role

- Lead the implementation of Prepaid, Credit, and Debit Card solutions for banking and fintech partners.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as Product, Technology, Compliance,



and Operations to ensure successful project execution.
- Work closely with external stakeholders including NPCI, issuing banks, and fintech partners during implementation and onboarding.
- Manage project plans, implementation timelines, documentation, and go-live activities.
- Conduct System Integration Testing (SIT) and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Ensure compliance with NPCI guidelines, RBI regulations, and payment industry standards.
- Provide functional and technical support during onboarding and post-implementation phases.
- Monitor transaction flows and coordinate with support teams for issue resolution and troubleshooting.
- Maintain implementation documentation and project status reports.
- Stay updated with developments in the payments industry, card networks, and regulatory changes.

What You'll Need to be Successful in this Role

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3- 6 years of experience in Digital Payments, Banking Technology, Fintech, or Payment Operations.
- Hands-on experience with Prepaid Cards, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, or related payment products.
- Strong understanding of APIs, payment integrations, and system implementation processes.
- Knowledge of ISO 8583 messaging standards and payment switch architecture.
- Understanding of NPCI products, guidelines, and RBI regulations.
- Experience in SIT, UAT, and production deployment activities.
- Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Prior experience in Banking, Payments, or Fintech organizations is preferred.
