Position: Security Supervisor

Industry: Jewellery / Gold & Diamond Manufacturing

Salary: Depend upon experience

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM [Working Days: 6 days a week]

Working Days: As per company policy

Location: Andheri (East),

Preferred Experience: 3-8 years in Security Supervision (preferably Jewellery Industry).

Job Responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage daily security operations within the jewellery manufacturing unit / premises.
- Ensure the safety and security of gold, diamonds, jewellery stock, raw materials and company assets.
- Monitor entry and exit of employees, visitors, vendors and vehicles.
- Maintain proper inward and outward registers for materials and visitors.
- Monitor CCTV cameras and ensure proper functioning of security systems.
- Conduct regular security rounds and monitor sensitive areas.
- Ensure strict compliance with security protocols for handling valuable jewellery and precious metals.
- Manage and guide security guards and allocate their duties.
- Coordinate with management and report any suspicious activities, theft, loss or security-related incidents.




- Ensure proper checking and verification procedures during material movement.

Candidate Requirements:

- Previous experience as a Security Supervisor, preferably in the Jewellery, Gold & Diamond or Precious Metals industry.
- Experience in handling security operations in jewellery manufacturing units or jewellery showrooms will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of CCTV monitoring, access control and security procedures.
- Experience in managing security guards and handling emergency situations.
- Honest, alert, responsible and disciplined personality.
- Valuable communication and team management skills.
