We are looking for an experienced and responsible Security Supervisor to oversee the hotel's overall security operations. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of guests, employees, visitors, hotel property, and assets while maintaining a safe and secure setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise the hotel's overall security operations.

- Ensure the safety of guests, employees, visitors, and hotel property.

- Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and emergency response plans.

- Monitor CCTV surveillance, access control systems, and security checkpoints.

- Supervise and train security personnel, ensuring proper duty allocation and discipline.

- Handle emergency situations, fire safety, theft, accidents, and other security incidents.

- Conduct regular security inspections and risk assessments across hotel premises.

- Coordinate with local police, fire departments, and other emergency services.

- Maintain security records, incident reports,



and daily duty logs.

- Ensure compliance with hotel security standards and applicable safety regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline; security-related certifications will be an advantage.

- 58 years of relevant experience, preferably in a 4-star or 5-star hotel.

- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.

- Knowledge of fire safety, emergency handling, CCTV, and access control systems.

- Ability to handle critical situations calmly and make quick decisions.

- Strong observation, problem-solving, and coordination skills.

Preferred Candidate

- Candidates with prior experience in hotel security operations.

- Experience in managing large security teams and hotel premises.

- Ex-servicemen with relevant hospitality security experience may also apply.
