1. Arranging on time BOP material as per BOM of recent machine.
2. Ensuring no delay in machine development due to material unavailability.
3. Ensuring no mismatch between inventory of system & physical stock.
4. Kaizens for reducing material lead time and costing.
Role & responsibilities
1. Capturing the all required Items for a machine development.
2. Getting Quotation from suppliers, Indent Preparation in system.
3. Follow up & coordination with suppliers to get on time delivery.
4. Periodically inventory of physical material stock.
5. Material issuance to shop floor as per requirement.
