About the Role

We build connected consumer hardware that ships in high volume and lives in tough real-world conditions: heat, humidity,



unstable mains, and frequent handling by field technicians.

We’re hiring a Senior Hardware Engineer who will own electronics designs from concept through mass production.

This is a high-ownership, low-supervision role. You’ll be trusted to make design decisions, back them with analysis and test data, and bring reviews that are already thorough.

We need someone who is principally strong: someone who understands why a circuit works, not only that it works, and who is equally comfortable in Altium, at the bench with a scope, and in firmware.

Hands-on Experience We Expect

- MCUs: At least two families (STM32, ESP32, nRF52/53, or similar), including bring-up, peripherals, low-power design and debug over SWD/JTAG.
- BLE and Wi-Fi: Designing with modules or chip-down, antenna integration and matching, range and throughput testing,



coexistence, and RF test modes.
- Power supplies: Buck, boost and buck-boost converters, LDOs, isolated and non-isolated AC-DC (flyback), battery charging and BMS, power-path design, and loop stability.
- Analog and interfaces: Sensor front ends, ADC/DAC, op-amps, motor and solenoid drivers, UART, SPI, I²C, USB and CAN.
- PCB debugging: Fluent with an oscilloscope, logic analyser, spectrum analyser, electronic load, thermal camera and current probes. Can find a fault on a board quickly and methodically.
- Rework: Comfortable with fine-pitch SMD rework, including QFN and 0402 parts, at the bench.

Must-haves

- B.E./B.Tech or M.Tech in Electronics, Electrical or a related field.
- 5+ years in hardware design, with at least two products taken from concept to mass production.
- Expert in Altium Designer for schematics, layout and library work, with layout done personally rather than only supervised.
- Robust first-principles reasoning, with the habit of showing calculations before stating conclusions.
- Writes clearly: test reports, RCA documents and review notes that stand on their own.
