Aristo Hospital is looking for an experienced and dedicated Scrub Nurse to assist surgeons during surgical procedures. The candidate should have good knowledge of surgical instruments, sterile techniques, operation theatre preparation, and patient safety.
Qualification
- B.Sc Nursing / GNM.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Operation Theatre.
- Experience in handling surgical instruments and assisting surgeons.
- Knowledge of sterilization and infection control.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist surgeons during surgical procedures.
- Prepare and arrange surgical instruments and equipment.
- Maintain a sterile workplace inside the operation theatre.
- Perform surgical scrubbing and gowning procedures.
- Ensure proper sterilization of instruments.
- Assist in patient positioning and preparation.
- Maintain OT records and surgical documentation.
- Follow infection control and patient safety protocols.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of surgical instruments.
- Strong clinical and technical skills.
- Knowledge of sterile techniques.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
