Position Title: SAP S/4HANA OTC Solution Architect

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP S/4HANA OTC Solution Architect to lead the end-to-end solution architecture, design, and delivery of SAP Order-to-Cash, fulfillment, and logistics solutions.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP SD and strong functional knowledge of MM, VC, and TM, along with a comprehensive understanding of cross-functional integration across FI, PP, warehouse, manufacturing, and external systems.

This role requires a combination of strategic solution architecture, hands-on functional expertise, business process leadership, and stakeholder management. The architect will drive solution standardization, lead design decisions, guide implementation teams, and ensure alignment with SAP S/4HANA best practices and clean-core principles.

Experience in FMCG, Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), food and beverage, or large-scale manufacturing and distribution environments is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and lead the end-to-end SAP S/4HANA OTC solution architecture, with primary focus on SD, MM, fulfillment, and logistics.
- Define scalable solution architecture across SAP SD, MM, VC, and TM, including integration with FI,



PP, EWM, warehouse/logistics platforms, and external applications.
- Lead business process design and architecture covering sales orders, pricing, ATP, delivery, shipping, billing, returns, inventory, procurement, intercompany, and fulfillment.
- Drive solution design for complex supply-chain processes, including co-manufacturing, contract manufacturing, co-packing, and external manufacturing models.
- Lead business workshops, stakeholder discussions, requirements gathering, and Fit-Gap Analysis.
- Translate business requirements into end-to-end solution designs, architecture documents, business blueprints, and functional specifications.
- Evaluate SAP standard capabilities and recommend solutions aligned with SAP Best Practices and clean-core principles.
- Provide architectural guidance on SAP S/4HANA functionality, integration strategy, and customization decisions.
- Lead Proof of Concepts (POCs) and demonstrate solution options to business and IT leadership.
- Provide functional leadership and hands-on guidance for critical SAP SD/MM configuration and complex business scenarios.
- Define integration strategy across SD, MM, FI, PP, VC, TM, EWM, and third-party systems.
- Work closely with ABAP, integration, data, security, and infrastructure teams to ensure end-to-end solution alignment.
- Establish testing strategy and provide oversight for Unit, Integration, Regression, and UAT testing.
- Lead solution reviews, design governance, issue resolution, and architectural decision-making.
- Guide implementation partners and functional consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
- Mentor senior functional consultants and lead cross-functional SAP teams.
- Oversee deployment, go-live readiness, production stabilization, and continuous improvement initiatives.




- Drive SAP Activate methodology and lifecycle management practices using tools such as SAP Cloud ALM, JIRA, ServiceNow, and Worksoft.

Required Qualifications

- 12–15+ years of SAP experience, with significant expertise in SAP SD/OTC and solution architecture.
- Proven experience as an SAP Solution Architect, OTC Architect, Lead Functional Architect, or equivalent.
- Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA SD and robust hands-on knowledge of MM.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end OTC, supply-chain, fulfillment, procurement, and logistics processes.
- Experience with SAP Variant Configuration (VC) and Transportation Management (TM) integration.
- Strong understanding of cross-functional integration across SD, MM, FI, PP, EWM, and external systems.
- Experience designing complex manufacturing and distribution processes, including co-manufacturing and co-packing.
- Proven ability to lead end-to-end SAP implementations and transformation programs.
- Strong experience in business process architecture, Fit-Gap Analysis, solution blueprinting, and functional design.
- Experience leading architecture workshops, POCs, and solution design reviews.
- Strong knowledge of SAP Fiori, SAP Activate, SAP Best Practices, and clean-core principles.
- Ability to influence business stakeholders, IT leadership, and implementation partners.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in FMCG, CPG, food and beverage, or high-volume manufacturing and distribution.
- Working knowledge of SAP PP and manufacturing integration.
- Strong exposure to SAP TM, EWM, aATP, and Fiori.
- Experience with global or large-scale S/4HANA transformation programs.
- Experience with SAP Cloud ALM, Worksoft, JIRA, and ServiceNow.
- Experience defining enterprise-level SAP solution architecture and integration strategies.
