- Robust functional expertise in SAP S/4HANA Sales & Distribution (SD), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Billing processes.
- Hands-on experience in Sales Order Management, pricing, contract management, invoicing, and credit/debit memo processes.
- Functional understanding of Subscription Order Management (SOM) and SAP BRIM processes for subscription-based business models.
- Experience in SAP SD configuration, including sales document types, item categories, pricing procedures, copy controls, and billing types.
- Knowledge of recurring billing, usage-based billing, subscription amendments, renewals, and cancellations.
- Understanding of integration between SAP SD, SOM, Convergent Invoicing (CI), FI-AR, and Revenue Accounting (RAR).
- Ability to gather business requirements, perform fit-gap analysis,



and translate requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
- Experience in designing end-to-end Order-to-Cash solutions, process improvements, and automation initiatives.
- Strong expertise in integration testing, UAT, defect management, and production support.
- Experience working with technical teams on enhancements, interfaces, APIs, and system integrations.
- Familiarity with SAP Fiori, S/4HANA business processes, and Agile delivery methodologies.
- Strong stakeholder management, analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
