We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Luxury Salon Manager to oversee the overall operations of a premium salon in Jaipur. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the luxury salon and ensure smooth functioning.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate salon staff, including hairstylists, beauticians, therapists, and front-desk executives.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of client satisfaction.
- Drive business growth by achieving monthly revenue and sales targets.
- Monitor salon performance, appointment bookings, walk-ins, and customer retention.
- Handle customer queries, feedback, and escalations professionally.
- Manage staff scheduling, attendance, grooming, and performance.
- Ensure proper inventory management of beauty products, tools, and salon supplies.
- Maintain salon hygiene, cleanliness, ambience, and service quality standards.
- Implement operational policies, procedures, and service protocols.
- Identify opportunities to improve sales, upselling, cross-selling, and client engagement.




- Prepare regular operational and sales performance reports for management.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate in any discipline; relevant qualifications in Beauty, Wellness, or Hospitality will be an advantage.
- 3–5 years of experience in salon, spa, beauty, or luxury hospitality management.
- Previous experience managing a premium or luxury salon will be preferred.
- Solid team leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer-handling abilities.
- Understanding of salon operations, beauty services, sales, and revenue management.
- Proficiency in basic computer operations and reporting.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
