About the role

Auzaie is an Indian technology and creative company. We build custom software, CRMs, websites, AI and automation tools, and produce films and brand content for businesses. As a Salesperson at Auzaie, you will find new clients, pitch our services and close deals. Our team handles demos, quotations, delivery and support, so your focus stays on opening doors and closing.

Commission: 10% of the profit from every client you bring in. There is no earning cap, and commission is paid once the client’s payment reaches Auzaie.

Trial: you start with a 7-day target week. Meet the target and you can be offered a long-term contract. Even if you miss it, you still earn your commission on every client you close.

What success looks like: you bring in current clients every week, build a steady base of paying clients, and grow with Auzaie as a long-term member of the sales team. This role is the company’s main growth engine, because you are the first point of contact between Auzaie and new businesses across India.

Responsibilities

- Find and generate leads through calls, WhatsApp, social media, in-person visits and your own network
- Pitch Auzaie’s software, websites, AI solutions, films and production services to business owners and decision-makers
- Understand each client’s needs and match them with the right Auzaie service




- Book demo calls with the Auzaie team and follow up until the deal closes
- Close deals using Auzaie’s pricing and quotations. All discounts and documents are approved and issued by Auzaie
- Share a daily update on WhatsApp covering leads contacted, demos booked and deals closed
- Keep good relationships with the clients you bring in, to encourage renewals and referrals
- Represent Auzaie professionally and honestly in every conversation

Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi (regional languages are a plus)
- Confidence with cold calling, WhatsApp outreach and meeting people in person
- Experience in sales, business development, marketing, insurance, real estate or similar (preferred, not required)
- A self-motivated, target-driven attitude, and comfort with a commission-only structure
- An existing network of business owners is a strong advantage
- A basic understanding of software, websites or digital services is helpful, and we will train you
- Students, freshers and experienced sales professionals are all welcome
- Your own smartphone and internet connection

Work type: remote or field, anywhere in India, with flexible hours. We don’t measure hours, we measure results.
