Role Overview

We are looking for a Salesforce Architect (Media, Ad Sales) to lead the architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise Salesforce solutions supporting advertising sales, media operations, campaign management, customer relationships, and revenue processes.

The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Salesforce architecture, media and advertising business processes, integrations, and large-scale enterprise implementations. This role requires the ability to transform complex business requirements into scalable, high-performance solutions that drive operational efficiency and revenue growth across media and ad sales organizations.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture and technical design for media and advertising sales platforms.




- Partner with business stakeholders to understand and translate ad sales, media operations, and revenue management requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Design and implement solutions leveraging Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce platform capabilities.
- Architect integrations between Salesforce and media ecosystem platforms including CRM, Ad Servers, OMS, ERP, Campaign Management, Billing, Data Warehouses, and Analytics platforms.
- Design robust data models, revenue attribution frameworks, account hierarchies, and sales performance tracking solutions.
- Establish scalable security architecture, sharing models, governance standards, and platform best practices.
- Drive performance optimization, scalability improvements, and platform modernization initiatives.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

- 12+ years of experience in Salesforce development, architecture, and enterprise solution design.
- Strong experience working within Media, Advertising Sales, Broadcasting, Publishing, Digital Advertising, or Entertainment domains.
- Integration architecture using REST, SOAP, Middleware, and Event-Driven frameworks
- SOQL, SOSL, and performance optimization techniques
- Large-scale Salesforce implementations and multi-org architecture
- Data migration, master data management, and data governance
- Designing enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions for media and advertising organizations
- Establishing governance frameworks, coding standards, and architectural best practices
- Managing complex stakeholder environments across business and technology teams

- Salesforce Architect Certifications:
- Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
- System Architect
- Application Architect
- Knowledge of advertising inventory management, campaign trafficking, audience management, and revenue recognition processes.
