Key Responsibilities &

Requirements :

1.

Salesforce Marketing Cloud Expertise :

- Design, develop, configure, and maintain scalable marketing automation solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), with strong hands-on technical experience.

2.

Marketing Cloud

Next (MCN) :

- Demonstrate good practical experience with Marketing Cloud Next (MCN), including its capabilities, implementation, configuration, and integration with the Salesforce ecosystem.

3.

Salesforce Data

Cloud / Data 360 :

- Work with Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360) for data ingestion, unification, segmentation, identity resolution, and activation to enable personalized customer engagement.

4.

Marketing

Automation &

- Campaign Development :
- Develop and manage customer journeys, automation workflows, email campaigns, audience segmentation, and multi-channel marketing initiatives.

5.

Technical Development :

- Strong proficiency in AMPscript, SQL, Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS), HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for developing dynamic and personalized marketing solutions.

Data Management &

- Integration :
- Implement data extensions, contact management, data models, and integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and other Salesforce integration capabilities.

Customer

Journey &

- Personalization :
- Design and optimize personalized customer journeys using customer insights, behavioral data, segmentation, and marketing automation capabilities.

8.

Salesforce Ecosystem Integration :

- Integrate SFMC, MCN, and Data Cloud / Data 360 with relevant Salesforce platforms and external enterprise applications to support unified customer experiences.

9. Testing, Optimization &

- Support :
- Perform unit testing, troubleshoot technical issues, optimize campaign performance, and ensure solution quality, reliability, and scalability.

10.

Experience &

- Professional Skills :
- Minimum 6 years of relevant Salesforce Marketing Cloud development experience, with good hands-on exposure to MCN and Data Cloud / Data 360. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills are essential.
