We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer / Consultant with solid hands-on expertise in Salesforce OCE (Orchestrated Customer Engagement) or Life Sciences Cloud. The ideal candidate should have experience delivering Salesforce solutions in the pharmaceutical or healthcare domain, with strong technical capabilities in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows and integrations.

The candidate will work closely with Product Owners, clients and business stakeholders to understand requirements, design solutions and deliver scalable Salesforce applications aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with Product Owners, clients and end users to gather, analyze and refine business requirements.
- Translate business requirements into user stories, functional specifications and process flows.
- Design and implement end-to-end Salesforce solutions following platform best practices.
- Configure, customize and enhance Salesforce OCE / Life Sciences Cloud.
- Implement and optimize pharmaceutical field sales, medical and customer engagement workflows.
- Develop and maintain custom Salesforce components using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Build and optimize Salesforce Flows and automation solutions.
- Design, develop and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and data synchronization mechanisms.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure data quality,



security and application performance.
- Prepare technical documentation, solution notes and handover documentation.
- Work independently with minimal supervision while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Development, Salesforce Consulting or Salesforce Business Analysis.
- Hands-on implementation or enhancement experience with Salesforce OCE or Life Sciences Cloud.
- Experience with Veeva CRM or Salesforce Health Cloud will also be considered.
- Strong development expertise in:
- Apex
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Salesforce Flows
- Salesforce configuration and customization
- Experience designing and supporting integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs and data synchronization.
- Strong understanding of requirements gathering, user story creation and business process modelling.
- Experience working in the Pharma, Healthcare or Life Sciences domain.
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with pharmaceutical field sales and medical engagement processes.
- Knowledge of Salesforce security, data management and platform best practices.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Experience collaborating with global clients and distributed teams.
