About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer / Administrator who possesses strong technical expertise and excellent client communication skills.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing Salesforce development activities, configuring business processes, building custom solutions, and handling client interactions throughout the project lifecycle.

This position requires someone who can independently manage technical assignments, understand business requirements, participate in client discussions, and deliver reliable Salesforce solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Salesforce Development: Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex Classes, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other platform technologies.
- Platform Configuration: Configure Salesforce features, including Flows, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, custom objects, and page layouts.
- Client Communication: Participate in client meetings, requirement discussions, project reviews, and technical demonstrations.
- Business Requirement Analysis:



Understand business processes and translate functional requirements into scalable Salesforce configurations and technical designs.
- System Integration: Develop and manage integrations with external applications using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and JSON-based data exchange.
- Security & Data Management: Implement Salesforce security controls, including Profiles, Permission Sets, Roles, Sharing Rules, and Organization-Wide Defaults.
- Testing & Deployment: Perform unit testing, troubleshoot technical issues, maintain code quality, and support deployments from Sandbox to Production.
- Performance Optimization: Identify system bottlenecks, resolve application errors, and ensure efficient platform performance.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal developers, administrators, and project stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience in an IT company, consulting organization, or product-based environment.
- Strong practical knowledge of Salesforce Administration and Development.
- Good command of Apex, Triggers, Classes, Batch Apex, LWC, SOQL, and SOSL.
- Experience working with Salesforce Flows, including Record-Triggered, Screen, and Autolaunched Flows.
- Understanding of Salesforce security architecture and access management.
- Working experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.




- Knowledge of REST/SOAP integrations, API authentication, and JSON handling.
- Familiarity with Salesforce CLI (SFDX), Git, and deployment management.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to independently conduct client calls, explain technical concepts, and present completed solutions.
- Strong ownership, analytical thinking, and project management abilities.

Preferred Certifications & Additional Knowledge Candidates with the following qualifications will receive preference:
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator.
- Salesforce Platform App Builder certification.
- Exposure to Salesforce ecosystem tools such as Tableau, Slack, and OmniStudio.
- Previous experience working with Salesforce Consulting Partners.
- Experience managing enterprise-level Salesforce implementations.
