We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator with solid exposure to Production Support, ITIL/ITSM processes, incident management, and monitoring tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Salesforce application and production support.
- Handle incidents, service requests, changes, and problem management activities.
- Coordinate with end users and stakeholders to resolve production issues.
- Conduct bridge calls, perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and participate in post-mortem discussions.
- Monitor application performance using tools such as Splunk and Dynatrace.
- Work with Jenkins, CI/CD, and XLR tools for automation and deployment activities.
- Ensure SLA compliance and timely resolution of incidents.
- Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to improve application reliability.
- Follow SRE practices and identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement.
