Sales Trainer

Location: Nagpur, Maharashtra

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Trainer to join our team in Nagpur. The candidate will be responsible for training and developing the sales team to improve their skills, productivity, and overall performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct induction and onboarding training for new sales employees.
- Train employees on sales techniques, product knowledge, communication, and negotiation.
- Conduct training sessions on lead generation, prospecting, follow-ups, and closing sales.
- Conduct mock calls, role plays, and practical sales exercises.
- Identify training needs and performance gaps.
- Monitor training effectiveness through assessments and feedback.
- Maintain training records, attendance, and reports.
- Provide coaching and feedback to improve sales performance.
- Coordinate with Sales and HR teams for training requirements.





Required Skills
- Solid knowledge of sales and business development.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of B2B/B2C sales and customer handling.
- Strong coaching and mentoring abilities.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Sheets.
- Ability to conduct engaging training sessions.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in Sales Training or Learning & Development (L&D;).
- Experience in onboarding, induction, and sales training.
- Candidates with experience as Sales Trainer, Corporate Trainer, L&D; Trainer, Sales Coach, or Training & Development Executive are preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
