Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and organized Sales Coordinator to support our sales team with vendor coordination, quotation preparation, pricing, and order management.

Important: This is a Sales Support and Vendor Coordination role, not a field sales position. The role primarily involves vendor communication, quotation preparation, pricing, and order follow-ups.

Candidates with experience in sales support, procurement, purchase coordination, or vendor management are encouraged to apply.

Key Skills Required

- Good communication skills in English and Tamil; Kannada and Hindi are an advantage, as required
- Strong follow-up with Sales Team & Customers
- Sales Order Processing, Quotation, Invoice Coordination
- CRM handling & Daily Sales Report preparation




- Client relationship & Customer support
- Good at coordination between Sales, Logistics & Accounts team

Roles and Responsibilities

- Support sales team in day-to-day activities
- Maintain sales data, reports and customer database
- Coordinate with Vendors for prices, follow-up
- Prepare quotations, sales orders and track order status
- Handle vendor queries

Experience

- 1–4 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Support, or Inside Sales.
- Freshers with an MBA and good communication skills may also be considered.
- Experience in handling sales orders, coordination, and client follow-ups is preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
