Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Operations Associate to join our Sales Support & Operations team. The candidate will assist in managing sales processes, maintaining customer and sales records, preparing performance reports, and supporting the sales team in achieving business objectives. This role is ideal for freshers interested in sales operations, business coordination, and sales process management.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide operational and administrative support to the sales team.
- Maintain and update customer information, sales records, and databases.
- Assist in tracking sales performance, targets, and team productivity.
- Prepare sales reports, dashboards, and performance summaries.
- Support lead management, sales pipeline tracking, and follow-up activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales operations.
- Assist in preparing sales proposals,



quotations, presentations, and documentation.

Required Skills

- Basic understanding of sales operations and business processes.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Good data management and documentation skills.
- Understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) concepts.
- Solid organizational and coordination abilities.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or related fields.
- BBA / B.Com / BMS / MBA or equivalent qualifications are preferred.
- Graduates from other streams with relevant skills are also eligible.

Preferred Skills

- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM.
- Knowledge of sales reporting and pipeline management.
- Basic understanding of sales forecasting and performance tracking.
- Familiarity with Power BI or other reporting tools.
