Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team at D’WAYFARER INN RESORT. The candidate will be responsible for developing business opportunities, increasing room bookings, promoting resort facilities, building corporate relationships and driving revenue through effective sales and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase resort occupancy and revenue.

- Identify and generate business opportunities through corporate clients, travel agents, tour operators and other business partners.

- Build and maintain robust relationships with existing and potential clients.

- Promote resort accommodation, restaurant, events, banquet facilities and other services.

- Handle corporate enquiries, group bookings, event enquiries and room reservations.

- Coordinate with online travel agencies (OTAs) and travel partners to improve bookings.

- Manage social media promotions, digital marketing campaigns and brand visibility.

- Conduct sales visits,



client meetings and business development activities.

- Prepare quotations, proposals, follow-ups and sales reports.

- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management or a related field.

- 1–3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the hospitality or resort industry.

- Good communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.

- Ability to develop corporate and travel trade relationships.

- Target-oriented, self-motivated and proactive approach.

- Proficiency in MS Office and email communication.
