To source Housing Loan clients in line with the business plan
Creating and maintaining strict credit discipline and ensuring zero default in recovery.
Source & Monitor the loan portfolio conduct loan utilization checks and regular monitoring visits. • Understanding customer needs and responding to customer queries & issues to ensure customer satisfaction. Completion of loan contracts by explaining provisions to applicant and ensure documentations.
Preferred candidate profiles :
SM- 5-6 Years experience in Core MSME LAP (Loan Against Property) Good no. of team and portfolio should manage by the candidate. Must be incentive earner/secure.
CTC- up to 6-8 LPA
Age- 32-35 Maximum
Qualification- Graduate
Preference- Immediate Joiners Should be performing well & good incentives earing - last 3 months to 6 month
