SALES MANAGER – NORTH

Location: NCR (Delhi / Gurugram / Noida)

Experience: 5–8 years in relevant B2B industrial sales

Our client, is a well-established Manufacturer of specialty polymer and rubber compounds, is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead business development, expand the customer base, and drive sales growth across North India.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop new business opportunities and acquire B2B industrial customers across the Northern region.
- Build relationships with manufacturers, OEMs, industrial processors and component manufacturers.
- Identify and develop business opportunities in relevant sectors such as rubber products, hoses, seals, gaskets, automotive components and allied industrial applications.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, customer visits, product discussions, quotations, negotiations, order closure and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal technical and production teams for customer requirements, product trials and approvals.
- Develop the regional sales pipeline, achieve assigned targets and expand market presence.
- Monitor competitor activity, identify new market opportunities and submit periodic sales reports.
- Support customer retention,



repeat business and payment collection follow-ups.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline; a technical qualification in Polymer Science, Rubber Technology, Plastics, Chemistry or Engineering is preferred.
- 5–8 years of relevant B2B industrial sales experience.
- Experience in rubber compounds, polymer materials, elastomers, plastics, industrial raw materials or allied manufacturing products is strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to generate new business, acquire customers and achieve sales targets.
- Solid negotiation, communication and customer relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across North India and Other Locations as required
- Candidates based in NCR or willing to relocate will be preferred.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
