- Accountable for submission of daily reports from the department, regarding patient’s admission & discharge procedures and any incidental report to the HOD.
- Responsible for planning for effective administration within the unit.
- General supervision of nursing care activities and education of nursing staff.
- Responsible for checking out the inventories of nursing units.
- Responsible for evaluation of nursing staff performance.
- Collaborating with the maintenance team for early redressal of any maintenance & equipment related matters.
- Responsible for carrying out additional responsibilities in case of emergency or need.
- Supporting the physicians in their routine clinical management and procedures.
- Updating clinical scorecard, nursing dashboards and Nursing operating system.
