Flash Forge Media is a social media marketing agency founded by a college student in Lucknow. We're looking for a Sales Intern who wants real sales experience and wants to be paid for the results they bring. This is a 100% remote role.
What you'll do
- Reach out to small businesses and brands through DMs, email and calls
- Pitch our social media packages and book meetings
- Follow up with the clients you bring in
Pay (performance-based):
- 10% commission on the monthly package each client signs up for.
- After 5 retaining clients: fixed ₹10,000 per month
- No guaranteed income before you close clients
- No fees or deposits from your side
What we're looking for
- Valuable communication in English and Hindi
- Confidence to talk to business owners
- Self-discipline to work independently
- No sales experience needed, we'll share scripts and training
