Sales Executive – Commercial Interior Fit-Out

Job Summary

Creatabar Interior Architect is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to generate business opportunities and develop client relationships in the commercial interior fit-out sector.

Candidates with previous experience in interior design or commercial interior fit-out sales are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research.
- Connect with corporate offices, retail businesses, and other potential commercial clients.
- Follow up on inquiries and convert prospective clients into business opportunities.
- Arrange client meetings, presentations, and project site visits.
- Understand client requirements and present suitable interior fit-out solutions.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Coordinate with design, estimation, and project teams for proposals and quotations.
- Negotiate with clients and follow up on proposals and project approvals.
- Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the project.




- Address client concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain lead records, sales reports, and client communication details.
- Submit daily sales updates to the internal team and Growthfather Team.
- Prepare weekly reports on sales performance, lead status, and business development activities.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or any relevant discipline.
- 2–4 years of experience in sales or business development.
- Experience in the interior design or interior fit-out industry is preferred.
- Positive communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and client relationship management abilities.
- Knowledge of lead generation and sales conversion.
- Ability to coordinate with internal teams and manage multiple client requirements.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
