- Respond to and qualify leads from social media, portals and direct references
- Conduct site and sample flat visits, including weekends
- Negotiate and close bookings within approved pricing
- Handle booking documentation and coordinate agreement and registration
- Coordinate home loans with partner banks and follow up on customer payments
- Manage channel partners and brokers
- Revive old leads through WhatsApp and calling campaigns
- Share site updates and buyer testimonials for social media content
- Support site events, exhibitions and promotions
- Track competitor projects and share market insights
- Stay in touch with buyers after booking and generate referrals
- Prepare daily and monthly sales reports
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
